Hands-On Workshops Exploring Sustainable Making with Natural Waste Streams

3D Printing with Biomaterials – Adult & Young People Short Courses

I design and deliver a range of short courses and workshops introducing participants to 3D printing with biomaterials—sustainable composites made from natural waste streams such as coffee grounds. These sessions explore how digital fabrication can support environmentally conscious creativity, enabling the production of artworks and objects that repurpose organic waste and reduce landfill impact.

Participants are guided through each stage of the process: from digital design and 3D modelling to biomaterial formulation and hands-on printing. These workshops have been commissioned by leading arts and innovation organisations including STEAMhouse (Birmingham City University), GroundWork Gallery, and Kettle’s Yard.
