Map Making Resource - with Cambridge City Council

As part of the Map Murmurations project led by Cambridge City Council, I was commissioned to create a resource booklet titled Map Making: Ideas and Tips for Creating Your Own Map. This guide offers ideas to inspire people of all ages to create their own maps by exploring their local area and the wider natural world.

The Map Murmurations programme brings together a partnership of community organisations and statutory services across Cambridge (including Cambridge Council for Voluntary Services, InCommon, Find Your Wild, the Independent Living Service, and Active Lifestyles) working collectively to reduce frailty and social isolation through intergenerational collaborative projects.

Funded by a Health Discovery Grant from the Integrated Care System, the booklet is being shared through a series of community-led map-making workshops held across the city.
